Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pixel Pro Solution website and the professional services we provide. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2. Services
- Pixel Pro Solution provides web development, digital marketing, brand logo design, company profile creation, SEO, and related digital services.
- All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to deliver the agreed services.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by late feedback may affect project timelines.
- You confirm that any content, images, trademarks, or materials you provide to us do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are outlined in your individual project proposal or invoice. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work until outstanding payments are settled.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables (designs, content, code) created specifically for your project become your property.
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party assets, stock images, fonts, or software used remain subject to their respective licences.
- We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering our services.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
- This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.
7. Revisions & Scope
- Each project proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
- Any additions to the originally agreed project scope will be treated as a change request and may require a revised quote and timeline.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Pro Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, advertising performance, or business outcomes, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice.
- Upon termination, you are liable for payment of all work completed to date.
- We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our business.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
